Principal’s Highlights

Back to another full week of learning in Week 4 here at AIS Jakarta. What was great to be involved in this week for me personally and professionally was our student leadership sessions and interviews for our 2027+ student scholarship programme. Impact on others, leading others, serving others, our peers, our friends can be challenging at times, yet very rewarding. So it was great to see so many of our Primary and High School students engaged and ready to plan out a year of events and being the voice of our learning community. Just as exciting is seeing some young people keen to join our learning community in our scholarship programme. It was a privilege to hear what they aspire to be and do and how AIS Jakarta can help them achieve those goals.

Happy Australian Mother’s Day to ALL our AIS Jakarta Mother’s

This Sunday Australia and my other countries will be celebrating the special and important people in our lives, yes, our Mums!! On Friday we recognised and celebrated our Mother’s and it was great to see our young people looking after the people that look after them so well! Happy Mother’s Day!!
