Monday 18th August has been declared a public holiday by President Prabowo so the public can celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia on August 17. AIS will be closed for the day.

Indonesian Independence Day Celebration

All parents are welcome to join us for the following events at next Friday's AIS Indonesian Independence Day celebrations.

• Flag Raising Ceremony at the North Campus at 8:10am

• Assembly at 1:10pm in the MPC

Students will participate in a range of activities throughout the day. Our Indonesian Parents and PnF will supply lunch next Thursday for all students.

Camp Feedback

Thank you to all the parents and students who took the time to share their feedback on our 2025 camps. I had the opportunity to discuss this valuable input with Mr John (Principal, AIS Bali) and Mr Brenton (Academic Advisor to the Board) during our Principals’ Work Day yesterday.

We’ll be continuing these discussions in today’s Board Meeting as we look at ways to enhance and improve our camp programs for 2026. We look forward to sharing more information with families as the planning process gets underway later in the year.
