Week 3 Highlights

The semester is certainly kicking into gear both in and out of the classrooms. Our Primary and High School SRCs are really stepping into their leadership roles. Whilst it will be a busy semester with many and varied activities, what is just as important is that our student voice is well heard and improvements are being made. From more volleyballs for our breaks in the MPC to supporting fundraising, our SRC is active. The journey of leadership, for many of us, started at school. Leadership is quite a lot about giving, empowering others, not welding power. Our SRC and our Ministries in both Primary and High are on track to be the change makers of the future.

Parent College – Managing & supporting emotions in our young people

Many thanks to all our parents that attended and supported our Parent College led by Ms Jordan Benson. Learning along with our children!

PNF General Meeting

Many thanks to our 2026 PNF Executive for preparing and administering this week’s General Meeting. The PNF Executive continue to be a driving force for our community. Can I extend all parents to support their initiatives such as the Senior High Prom and Halloween Disco, both being held early Term 4.

UNSW Foundation Course

We are excited to be launching the UNSW Foundation course in August this year. UNSW has recently been acknowledged on the prestigious QS ranking of the top 100 universities, placing 19th. This is the highest placed Australian university, close to Yale (16th) and outpacing some other well-known universities such as Princeton (27th) and University of California, Berkley (20th). Conducting this course as a licensed centre will most definitely improve our student experience in the Senior High years particularly. It will operate at our North Campus in a designated building near the MPC entrance. This course will run parallel with our IB and School-based courses, being the third alternative pathway we offer to our students.

In the near future an information session will be held with Year 10 and 11 students to inform them of the programme.

Should you require more information at this time please do not hesitate to reach out to myself or Mr Brenton Hall, our Adviser.
