Book Week - Book an Adventure

The Primary School has had a fantastic Book Week! The highlight was this morning’s Book Week Character Parade, where students and teachers brought so many wonderful literary characters to life. A big thank you to the parents who joined us throughout the week to share stories with our students, and to our teachers who read books in the foyer during recess and lunch. It was a great celebration of reading and community!

Taipan’s Cup

The tournament was proudly led by a dedicated group of High School students — Hyuck, Adrian, Ronald, Darwisy, Annasrul, Philip, and Mischa — as part of their CAS project.

This year’s Taipans Cup has brought together 25 teams from local high schools and AIS, making it one of our most exciting tournaments yet. Yesterday saw the girls’ volleyball competition, where AIS Bali proudly secured a commendable 2nd place. Today, the action continues with the soccer finals, featuring two AIS girls’ 7-a-side teams, one AIS boys’ 11-a-side team, and a visiting team from AIS Bali. The basketball tournament also tipped off today and will run through tomorrow, promising more thrilling matches.

A huge thank you goes to our Maintenance & Facilities team for their tireless work behind the scenes, ensuring the event ran smoothly. We also extend our deepest appreciation to our sponsors and parent community, whose generosity and support made the Taipans Cup possible:

Share Your Career Story – Volunteer at Our Careers & University Fair

We invite parents & friends to join our University & Career Fair from 10:00am to 2:00pm Wednesday, 3 September in the MPC. This event will help students explore diverse career and university options. We are seeking volunteers from our school community to serve as career or vocational guides/representatives, sharing insights about your profession or field. You don’t need to be an expert—just willing to talk about your work, answer questions, and offer guidance.

Every career is welcome—from business, healthcare, education, arts, trades, NGOs, and more. If you or someone you know would like to volunteer, please sign up using this form.  Thank you for supporting our students as they explore their future pathways.

ANZA Charity Ball

AIS is proudly sponsoring the annual ANZA Charity Ball. ANZA (Australian and New Zealand Association) Jakarta, is a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers. ANZA offers support and friendship to people of all nationalities, whilst fundraising to help underprivileged communities in the Greater Jakarta region.

The best way to ensure your child receives their preferred meals is by pre-ordering for break and lunchtime each week. If weekly ordering isn’t possible, you can still order daily—either in person at the canteen or online each morning.
