Robotics in Primary School
I have worked with two Year 3 classes over the past few weeks preparing our Lego Prime robotics and have had one of the classes back for a robotics lesson. The Makerspace room which will include a range of robotics and other STEM activities will be opened for all classes later this term. I look forward to inviting interested primary parents up for an information session and hand on workshop early in Term 3.
After School Supervision / Play
Parents are reminded that students should leave school at the end of their lesson or Co-Curricular Activities. If students are waiting for older siblings, they must wait on the benches and chairs on the front entrance ramp where there is supervision for our security staff. Students should not wait in the waiting area of the main foyer or be unsupervised in the canteen or on the playground equipment. Students are welcome to be in the canteen if they are under direct supervision of their parents. The playground equipment is closed to all students after school.
International Day
The AIS International Day has been postponed until Friday 1st August so that all of our Muslim families will be able to prepare for Eid Al-Adha which is due on the evening of Friday 6th June to Saturday 7th June.
