Principal’s Update

Today, I joined 11 other teachers in a First Aid Training session led by trainers from Medika Plaza. Last week, another 16 staff members completed the same workshop. As a result, all 36 staff attending our upcoming camps (Years 3 & 4, 5 & 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11) will have completed First Aid Training in 2022 or later. In total, more than 70 of our staff have received First Aid Training within the past three years which shows the school’s strong commitment to safety and preparedness.

2026 AIS Calendar

The Board has approved the 2026 AIS Jakarta Academic Calendar. Please click here to access the full calendar. All students will return to school on Tuesday 27th January 2026.

Term 3 Enrolment Intentions - Final Reminder

If your family plans to leave AIS at the end of Term 2, please notify our Admissions Department as soon as possible. This information is vital as we manage new enrolments for Term 3 and begin planning staffing for 2026.

In line with our Admissions Policy, the Refundable Notice Deposit will only be returned if written notice is received by the Finance Department at least one calendar month (30 days) before your child’s last day of attendance. As Term 2 ends on Friday, 20 June, written notice must be submitted no later than next Tuesday 20 May.
