We have lots of exciting news to share in this week’s edition of Bytes!
Year 5 & 6 Camp – Sentul
Our Year 5 and 6 students are returning from their three-day, two-night camp in Sentul this afternoon. Ms Sinead and I visited on Wednesday and were delighted to see how actively the students were engaging in the activities and collaborating with each other. It was a great atmosphere of teamwork and enthusiasm in a truly beautiful setting.
Year 3 & 4, Yr 7, Yr 8, Yr 9, Yr 10 & Yr 11 Camps
Our school camps are happening next week! Year 11 will depart on Sunday morning, with all other trips departing on Monday morning. Here's a quick overview:
Year 3 & 4 Camp – Sentul
Year 7 Camp – Yogyakarta
Year 8 Camp – Lombok
Year 9 Camp – Bali
Year 10 Camp – Sumatra
Year 11 Camp – Hoi An, Vietnam
All camps will return on Thursday afternoon or evening, except for Year 3 & 4, who will return on Tuesday. In addition, Year 2 students will enjoy a Sleepover at school on Thursday night.
Reminders for Families:
Please review all shared information regarding packing lists, medication procedures, and arrival times.
Being on time and prepared is essential. One late or unprepared student can impact the entire group.
Finally, I ask that all students and parents take a moment to personally thank the teachers who are leading these camps. After four or five days of dedicated care and supervision, a simple thank you means a lot.
High School Swimming Carnival
Congratulations to Mr Hector and his team for organising and leading a fantastic High School Swimming Carnival yesterday. It was wonderful to see so many students participating in races and novelty events—and just as importantly, supporting and cheering each other on!
End of Term Assembly – Friday 20 June
We will hold a Full School End-of-Term Semester Assembly at 12:00pm on Friday 20 June. All students will be dismissed at 12:30pm.
Jungle Toppings Canteen Orders
The best way to ensure your child receives their preferred meals is by pre-ordering for break and lunchtime each week. If weekly ordering isn’t possible, you can still order daily—either in person at the canteen or online each morning.
