Parents & Friends Annual General Meeting

Our PnF AGM will take place at 0810 on Thursday 13th March. We will announce the members of our PnF Executive Committee at this meeting. The Executive Committee will comprise of:

• Chairperson

• Treasurer

• Secretary

• Social Coordinator

• Media Coordinator 

All parents are welcome to nominate themselves for one of the positions or nominate another parent (with their consent). Nominations will be accepted from 20 February - 28 February via email to jakarta@ais-indonesia.com

The nomination should include a photo and a brief statement of about 120 words telling us

• the position or positions you are applying for

• what year levels your children are in and 

• something about yourself. 

Once nominations are closed, we will share these with all families and post the statements at the school. All parents will then be invited to vote at school from Wednesday 5th - Wednesday 12th March with final results being shared at the meeting. Further details will be shared with all parents next week.

Campus Advisory Council Meeting

Our Campus Advisory Council (CAC) will hold their first meeting of the year on Tuesday 11th March. The role of the CAC is to provide feedback and advice to the Principal or nominee and the Yayasan Board. Its members are the Principal, the Deputy Principals, 1 expatriate teacher, 1 Indonesian teacher, 1 Primary School parent and 1 High School parent. The CAC generally meets once a term to discuss issues and provide feedback on school policy and practice. It also provides a link between the school community and the Yayasan Board via the Principal or nominee.

Parents are invited to share any questions, concerns or suggestions to the Principal or the Board by communicating with one of the two parent representatives
