The Opportunity
AIS Indonesia will under license, conduct the University of New South Wales College Foundation Program commencing October 2026
We are seeking excellent, well qualified teachers to teach in our University Foundation Program.
In this role, you will teach the USW College Foundation Program curriculum fully in English to students aged 17 to 22 years of age.

Key Requirements

• a minimum three-year undergraduate degree relevant to the course being taught; and either:
• hold a Bachelor of Education, Diploma of Education, Diploma of Education Studies or a two-year Teaching Certificate
• have at least two years of senior secondary, vocational education and training college or higher education teaching experience.

English competency: As teachers are required to deliver the Program in English, teachers who are not native English speakers are required to demonstrate proficiency in English to a level that will allow them to teach their specific course.

• a recognised degree completed in English or at least 2 years’ experience teaching in English and an English level equivalent to IELTS 7.5 or above
• hold a minimum of a three-year Bachelor degree.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

• Attention to Detail: follow curriculum as set out by the UNSW College.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to interrelate positively with students and to support their progress
• Training: willingness to undertake training offered by NSW College to ensure high quality of program delivery.
