All students are expected to wear the correct AIS uniform, be neat and well-groomed. Guidelines for wearing the uniform are outlined below.
Unless otherwise specified, students are expected to wear their uniform at all times when attending school or representing the school. The appropriate Physical Education and Sport uniform should be worn for all such lessons and sporting events.
Academic Uniform Guidelines
| Primary School |
- All students must wear the batik printed shirt together with either the dark green shorts, skorts or skirt. Students are also allowed to wear a full batik dress.
- If a t-shirt is worn under the batik shirt, the shirt must be done up at all times.
- Batik material is available for purchase.
- Only closed black shoes and white ankle socks are to be worn.
- This uniform is to be worn to Assembly.
- School hats are compulsory.
- The school backpack is part of the official uniform.
- Students with long hair must tie their hair up neatly with the green scrunchies, alice bands or hair bands that are available for purchase
Physical Education and Sport uniform:
- The yellow polo shirt is to be worn together with the black sports shorts.
- Sports shoes
- White ankle socks
- School hats are compulsory

Secondary School |
- Years 7 to 10 students wear a white cotton shirt with school logo.
- Years 11 and 12 students wear a beige cotton shirt with school logo.
- Boys may wear olive green trousers or cargo pants with the shirt.
- Girls may wear olive green skirt or cargo pants with the shirt.
- The olive green fabric is available for purchase.
- Only closed black shoes and white ankle socks are to be worn with the school uniform.
- The school backpack is available as part of the uniform.
Physical Education and Sport uniform:
- The White Polo or House T-shirt (House T-shirt to be worn on House Sports Days only)
- Black sports shorts
- Sports shoes
- White ankle socks

AIS school bags are available from the Uniform Shop. A wide range of other AIS merchandise such as caps and swim bags are also available.
Each school stocks a range of uniform items. Please phone the campus directly to check availability. The Uniform Shops in Kemang and Pejaten campuses are open on Tuesday and Thursday from 9.00am to 11.00am and from 1.00pm to 2.00 pm.
