Year 9 Visits Masima Contents & Channels


On April 1, Year 9 Literature students, accompanied by Mr Michael Lesser, visited Masima Contents & Channels which operates three radio stations: Prambors 102.2FM, Female Radio 99.5FM and Delta 99.1FM.

Two enthusiastic students, Kyung-Min Park and Chilla, participated in an interview on-air which was broadcast "live" to 22 cities in Indonesia! While learning all about bout radio broadcasting, some students, like Chris Kuwahala and Bo-Hyon Kim, belted out tunes on drums and electric guitars! Gun-Ho Park took the opportunity to request for a Bijork song.

Masima Contents & Channels not only offered AIS students internship opportunities at the station, but also invited them to attend a seminar to learn how radio stations are run, so that students may, one day, produce their own radio show at AIS -- once we have a P.A. system in place.
