The primary role of the Parents and Friends Committee (P & F) is to represent the interests of the AIS families.
The P & F Committee in each AIS school fulfils this role by:
- Fostering their community, such as extending a warm welcome to new families;
- Organising regular opportunities for AIS families to meet socially;
- Organising fund-raising activities to improve AIS facilities and resources; and
- Acting as a liaison channel between AIS and school families where issues of concern or interest can be raised and discussed.
