Exciting New Developments at the Pejaten Campus.....

At the Yayasan Board meeting held on Wednesday 2 December, 2009 it was agreed to immediately commence construction of a 4 lane, 25 metre swimming pool at the Pejaten Barat campus. We will now begin exploring ways in which we can offer swimming programs to both our Primary and Secondary students and the new pool will become the home of our Nippers and Piranhas swimming squads.

The Yayasan Board has also agreed to convert the current open air multi-court at Pejaten Barat into a multi-purpose indoor gymnasium and auditorium next year. Once again, although located at the Pejaten Barat campus our Primary students will be able to take advantage of this facility.

The Yayasan Board has also adopted a five year site development strategy that will see construction of a brand new Secondary School on our Pejaten Raya land and then the building of a new Primary School at Pejaten Barat ready for occupation before the Kemang site lease expires. The Yayasan Board will be engaging the services of the Bond University (Australia) School of Sustainable Development to produce a building designs and positioning that will reduce energy requirements. The use of other green technologies will also be considered.

These ambitious plans will require considerable capital investment by the Yayasan Board in the years ahead but will provide us with showcase school buildings and associated facilities.
