Welcome to AIS Kemang, the primary campus for Kindergarten to Year 6 students.
It has been wonderful to see all the dynamic growth and development that has taken place on Kemang campus. We will continue to refine our curriculum and upgrade our facilities to ensure that the needs of our growing community are met.
The curriculum at AIS Kemang caters to the needs of all learners and is designed to foster a life-long love of learning. As teachers, we establish partnerships to foster your child’s growth and development by: researching work together; documenting the learning cycle; making the learning visible; evaluating our roles to alter our practice, and researching our practice.
We recognise that all students are individuals, with their own unique learning styles and strengths. AIS students work through learning outcomes at their own pace and their achievements are measured against other international and Australian schools. Students are supported in their learning through focused teaching, resulting from ongoing assessment and small class sizes
A unique feature of the Kemang campus is our collaborative community of teachers, support staff and parents. Together, we provide a strong network of support so that our students become happy, confident and independent learners.
Our teachers and support staff are all qualified and highly skilled with a wide range of international experience. They are dedicated and enthusiastic and provide a variety of learning activities that cater to all students within a vibrant and caring environment. Students from Kindergarten to Year 6 are provided with skills to become life long learners through inquiry based, practical, relevant and engaging units of work.
Parents are an essential aspect of our Kemang community. Parents are involved in activities within as well as outside of classrooms, with many parents spearheading social events and fund-raising programs. All parents are invited to join the Parents and Friends Association, which provides valuable feedback and support to the school community.
